Jeff Partridge

​Jeff Partridge, Rapid City, is president of Partridge Financial Services. He served on the Rapid City Common Council from 2003-05, including a term as the council’s vice president. Partridge was on the legislature’s budget-setting Joint Appropriations Committee for six years, while serving terms in the House of Representatives from 2015-17 and in the Senate from 2017-21. He is a graduate of Augustana University. Appointed by Gov. Noem in 2021, his term will expire in 2027.
