Student organizations from Black Hills State University and the South

Launch Comprehensive Review of Academic Programs
For the first time in more
than a decade, the South Dakota Board of Regents has launched a review
of all undergraduate academic programs that graduate five or fewer
students each year.

to Developing Workforce Needs
A new four-year degree at
Dakota State University will produce graduates
skilled in creating scientific and technical documents for professional
audiences. The South Dakota Board of Regents approved the university’s
request for a B.S. degree in professional and technical communication.

Dakota Public University System Posts Record Enrollment
For the 12th straight year,
South Dakota’s public university system is reporting record-high
enrollments. Total student enrollment this fall is up more than 2.5%
to 33,779, the South Dakota Board of Regents announced.
