As a high school junior and senior I wasn't sure of what I wanted to do, military or college. My parents weren't pushing me towards either, and there was no college fund saved for me. While thinking about joining the military, I received a call from a college track and field coach who offered me an athletic scholarship, which I accepted and I was college bound the next fall. Fortunately, I was able to make it through college and now have not one, but two degrees. I didn't think it was going to be possible for that to happen for me, and now I'm here to help anyone who has those same feelings and show them it is possible.
