The institutions strive toward a diverse workforce for the disciplines at their institution. In addition, the Regental system strives toward a competitive compensation program to assist in the recruitment and retention of staff.
The Regental system strives to provide opportunities for employees to become involved with the institution and the system as a whole. The following councils exist (and many more at the institutions and system):

In addition to involvement opportunities at the institution or system level, employees are provided opportunities to request alternative work schedules and flexible hours to permit a family/work balance.
The institutions have in the past provided their employees banquets, awards, dinners, picnics, etc. Employees receive special recognition from employees and management.
Specifically, employee sponsored groups have held fundraising events to promote other employees in their personal walk.
