Benefits & Continued Learning
Our success is largely dependent upon our employees abilities and potential. This is why the Regents system strives to work with the State of South Dakota to provide competitive health and wellness benefits as well as leave benefits. In addition to health and wellness benefits, the Regental system provides additional supplemental benefits to afford our employees opportunities outside of the state benefit package. However, the benefit package is only one building block of our success ladder. The Regental system strongly supports an environment for continued learning and personal growth. It is this reason that the Regents have created system policies and practices that support development.
