  • Planning course offerings when students have and are utilizing multiple options to fulfill requirements
  • Differential costing strategies/discipline cost structure
  • Expanding the use of technology including the use/development of e-resources and importance of faculty development

 College Readiness, Placement, Remediation
  • Implementation of Common Core State Standards/Smarter Balanced Assessments
  • Working with high schools/providing options for students
  • On campus placement/remediation processes
  • Tuition rate for remedial offerings
