Request for Proposals FY13 Professional Development for Teachers The State Agency for Higher Education (SAHE) administers a portion of Title II, Part A, Improving Teacher Quality State Grants funds to make competitive grants to eligible partnerships comprised of at least one institution of higher education (IHE) and at least one high need local education agency (LEA). The South Dakota Board of Regents (SAHE) invites applications through a Request for Proposals (RFP) available on this page. Persons interested in preparing applications should review the RFP carefully as there are significant changes. The RFP (including Appendices) has been significantly revised to reflect the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. Proposals are due to the Administrator no later than February 15, 2013. |
