Welcome to Human Resources for the South Dakota Board of Regents. We have been involved with strategic planning for the system and have developed a long-term vision where we are committed to our human capital and to creating an environment where both employees and management can flourish.

The system HR vision is to educate and transfer knowledge as a strategic partner in planning and administering organizational human capital.  The system HR mission is to be more strategic; reduce administrative effort; serve our internal and external stakeholders; and enhance our training & development.
