On April 14, 2011, as part of its compliance with the new Department of Education Program Integrity regulations, the South Dakota University System sent an initial letter to each of the states below requesting information regarding what steps needed to obtained in order to gain authorization to offer distance courses in that state. Any response received by the Board of Regents' office will be hyper linked to the appropriate state on the list below.
