than their counterparts at

Articulation Agreements Inked with Technical Institutes
The South Dakota Board of
Regents has signed off on another 10
articulation agreements between the state’s public universities
and three technical institutes. A
total of 80 agreements are now final, after regents and tech school
officials announced a
cooperative arrangement early this year.

Forward FY07 Budget Request to Governor
The South Dakota Board of Regents has identified
its budget priorities for the
coming year, with utilities, operating expenses, competitive salaries,
and new Ph.D. programs heading the list. The FY07 budget request will
be submitted to Gov. Mike Rounds.

Joins Regents' Staff as Fellow
Don Cozzetto has been named
a Regents’ Fellow. Cozzetto, who had been Northern State University’s
academic vice president since 1999, will work with regents’ system
staff on academic issues.
