The Council of Presidents and Superintendents (COPS) is a statewide, system policy advisory and management group composed of campus presidents and the superintendents of the two special schools under the Board of Regents. The authority and responsibilities of COPS are identified in BOR Governance Policy 1:7:1.

EveryTeacher is funded by the US Department of Education. It is a collaborative grant between the South Dakota Department of Education, the South Dakota Board of Regents, and South Dakota’s Technology and Innovation in Education (TIE).
