In the event that issues arise with a distance education student, the following will apply:
  • When dealing with course issues, the course instructor will be in charge, with grievances regarding a course going to the institution offering the course.
  • The home or affiliated university will govern other larger issues.
  • Certainly, representatives from one university may share information and bring concerns to the attention of the other universities.
