If
I am already attending one of the South Dakota public universities,
can I apply my financial aid to classes taken through the EUC?
Your primary university's
financial aid office
will need to review your situation, as each case is different. Please
contact them with any questions you have regarding financial aid.
How
much study time is typical in a distance education course?
In face-to-face instruction
a credit hour typically represents the amount of time spent "in
class" each week for a traditional course. For example, a one-credit-hour
class would involve one hour of time spent in class plus two hours
of out-of-class study time each week. For further explanation, please
visit our Distance Education
Course Study Time page.
