Introduction: The Long-Term Care Management Certificate is designed for individuals who are currently working in the long-term care environment, such as administrators, managers, nurses, and social workers.  The Certificate is deisgned to prepare particpants to better meet the needs of this repiadly aging and long-lived population.
Program Description: Graduate level cerficate program containig 12 credit hours focussed in Long Term Care Administration

Expected Outcomes from Degree: Competencies gained through the coursework will strengthen understanding of management, quality, finance, strategic management, and culture so that studetns are better positioned to facilitate transformational changes in Long Term Care, which will achieve higher levels of quality within an organization.
Graduation Requirements: 3.0 GPA
Assessment: A variety of graduate level assessmetns will be used which may include exams, quiz, research papers, etc.
