The Electronic University
Consortium (EUC) operates under the auspices of the South
Dakota Board of Regents and the six public universities which
are governed by the South Dakota Board of Regents' policy
manual.
Academic Policy and marketing
functions fall under the direction of the Chief Academic Officer
and the Academic
Affairs Council (AAC). Information Technology and Student Operational
functions fall under the direction of the Chief Information Technology
Officer and the Technology
Affairs Council (TAC). The Executive Director of the Board of
Regents and the Council of Presidents and Superintendents (COPS)
are responsible for the general oversight of the EUC.
