Module Coordinating Committee Charge

This committee's role is to facilitate communication, coordination, and cooperation within and among the module groups as they function in the newly merged STUDENT database environment.  The committee provides a two-way communication channel between the Module groups and the System Data Administrator, Regents Information System, the BOR office, and the AC groups (BAC, AAC, TAC, SAC).

Committee Members will:

• Work with their specific module groups to facilitate inter-campus operational coordination.
• Work with the other systemwide committee members to facilitate inter-module operational coordination.
• Serve as the spokesperson for their module group to the systemwide committee.
• Work with their specific module group and other module groups to recommend resolutions to systemwide issues presented by the coordinator.
