Module
Groups are responsible for assisting the Project Steering Committee
in the implementation of software and development of common business
practices.
Specific
tasks related to the implementation include:
- Assist in design and test
of Regental system user procedures for their subject matter area
- Assist in development
of Policy and Procedure manuals and training document for the
Regental system
- Validate converged data
in their areas
- Attend SCT Implementation
Training
- Recommend policy and/or
system changes to the Project Steering Committee
- Ensure completion of major
tasks
- Form functional work teams
as necessary
